Start the trial from Settings → License or the Pro paywall. One trial per Mac. When it ends, built-in Safe cleanup and restore keep working; automation and archiving lock until you buy a license.

Existing Free installations

Installations that completed onboarding before the Free/Pro manual-cleanup split retain their earlier manual cleanup and custom-folder/project-root access. New Free installations can scan every supported tool and clean built-in Safe categories; other cleanup rows may show a Pro badge. Auto Clean, Smart Triggers and project archiving require Pro or a trial in either case. Restore stays free.

Purchase on devcleaner.app ; you receive a license key by email
Open Settings → License and paste the key
Click Activate

Each key works on up to 3 Macs you own. Deactivate a Mac before moving the seat to a new machine.

Offline grace period

DevCleaner validates your license online when possible. If you are offline, Pro features keep working for 14 days after the last successful check ; then revalidation is required.

Restore is always free

Even without Pro, you can restore any project you (or a teammate) archived with DevCleaner. Double-click a .devcleaner breadcrumb or use Archived Projects in the dashboard. We will never paywall getting your code back.
